Newly furnished to a contemporary elegance with a distinctive Floridean taste plus a spectacular outlook to greet you the moment you open up the front double doors as you look across the extended patio, pool, garden and large meandering lake, creating the illusion of a river.
Tropical plants and trees abound on both sides of the lanai, to ensure complete privacy. The unobstucted south facing views enjoy the sunshine all day whilst still giving you magnificent sunrises and sunsets. What better way to relax in the pool or spend balmy evenings with a glass of wine.
The 28 ft by 14 ft features fountains and a waterfall which, combined with the underwater nozzles, result in a rippled-effect across the water. This is enhanced at night by the changingcolours of an underwater lighting display. Built-in steps down into the pool in the front corner of the shallow end (2 ft 6 inches) and a submerged seat in the front corner of the deep end (5ft 6in) add to the enjoyment of the pool. For the sake of safety, there is an optional child-proof fence with gate (stored in rolled up sections in the garage) and alarmed sliding doors and windows to the pool area.
The accommodation has a large entrance area which fans out into the main room. Leading off the main area is a den/family room, a formal dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and breakfast bar. The master bedroom is to the west of the main room and has a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, tub, his and hers vanity units, closet and seperate toilet. There is also a door to the pool area. Two further bedrooms and second bathroom, all with closets, are in the east wing. The den/family room also has a closet so it doubles up as a fourth bedroom. The laundry room, containing the washing machine and dryer, leads to a 3 car garage with 2 electric doors.
The four bedrooms consist of - Queen pillow top box sprung bed in master suite, queen box spring bed in second bedroom, twins memory foam plus box spring in third bedroom and queen sofa bed in fourth bedroom / den. Also two single camper’s style folding beds (without bedding)
Thus capable of sleeping a maximum of 10 persons.
Local to the villa is a supermarket, deli / pizzeria, taco bar, gas station and Subways takeaway. Nearby are Publix, Sweetbay, McDonalds, Wallgreens, Dominos and more restaurants.
