Berkshire Lake is a exclusive private residential community which is only 5 miles from downtown Naples and the beach. Our apartment is a 2 Bed 2 Bath unit on the ground floor and is nearly 1400 sq ft. It is fully air conditioned and fully furnished with everything from towels to cutlery we don’t lock anything away and even leave cold boxes and beach chairs for you to use, a real home from home.
Through the main hall you approach the eat in kitchen area and the living room. The living/dining room has sliding patio doors on to the enchanting balcony which lets you enjoy the glorious Florida outdoors.
The main bedroom contains a double bed with fitted wardrobes and is an en suite with a walk in shower/Toilet.
The second bedroom has its own fitted wardrobes.
There is also a second family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has all the usual necessary appliances including fridge with ice maker, oven and dishwasher.
The floor is carpeted throughout and has ceramic tiles in the kitchen and the wet areas.
We also pride ourselves in the location of the unit within the Newcastle area of Berkshire Lakes which is just a short walking distance from the community pool or if you prefer the clubhouse pool and tennis courts are 5 minutes beautiful walk round the great Berkshire lake.
It's a ten minute drive to fashionable Fifth Avenue or hopping Third Street and the beautiful white sand beaches of downtown Naples and the Pier. Enjoy fine dining, theatre and trendy shopping. At the beach enjoy the turquoise blue Gulf of Mexico where you'll enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans and other shore birds. There is nothing more beautiful than sunset on the beaches of Naples.
