The PELICAN MARSH community is considered one of Naples superior gated communities with long established flora and forna giving a very pleasant aspect. Plus surrounding the community are many shopping malls. The beach is only 5 minutes drive where ample parking is provided, and downtown Naples is a straight and quick drive down one straight road.
The home represents exceptional value being offered at the all inclusive rates of between $4,000 and $5500 a month.
