PALM RETREAT is located in the delightful peaceful Palm River Estates in north Naples. A mature well maintained neighbourhood with no through traffic, so convenient for so many restaurants, close to the beach, Wiggins Park and the major shopping centres. It is an "older property" by Naples standards but in a superb location.
In fact you can easily walk to the nearest shopping parade which has several superb deli’s. One of life’s delights is the Deli Bakery where your morning bread, etc, comes straight out of the oven.
The villa is a larger than normal three bed two bath villa, with a king bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
There is a second full bathroom.
This is a superb open plan villa, very well maintained thoughout by a dedicated owner as the photos display, with everything you need for a carefree vacation. Fully fitted kitchen , double garage, utility , etc and note there are at least three TVs

In addition to the perfect interior layout the electric heated swimming pool is again larger than normal, so is the patio area and to top that the views are superb, being westerly views across the private LA PLAYA golf course.
That better way to relax in the evening having a bbq , dipping in the pool or enjoying a cocktail whilst watching another fabulous Naples sunset.
Palm River estates is just off Immokolee Rd which makes it a perfect location to reach the beach in 5 to 7 minutes, the major shopping centres in 10 minutes, Old Naples in 20 minutes and 5 minutes to I-75 and the rest of the area.
