Our beautiful upper floor coach home is situated in the prestigious, award-winning development of Fiddlers Creek, between Naples and Marco Island on Florida’s sub-tropical Gulf coast. Fiddlers Creek is a luxury, world class resort-style community with a 54,000 sq ft Club and Spa, two championship golf courses and four tennis courts. It is 15 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches and 20 minutes from the centre of Naples.
The situation is ideal as you have the cosmopolitan, sophisticated, international shops, restaurants, theatres and culture of Naples on one side, and the relaxed beach and boating community of Marco Island on the other. The area is renowned for wildlife, fishing and superb sunsets.
The property is built in Tuscan-style and situated in the gated village community of Cascada, within Fiddlers Creek and with its own large community pool only 100 yards away. At the spectacular, nearby Club and Spa there are two large lagoon-style pools set amongst waterfalls, slides and an outdoor Jacuzzi, all in a lush tropical setting. There are children’s pools, play area, table tennis, large fully-equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room, exercise classes and a variety of beauty treatments. There is a cordon bleu restaurant and a casual poolside grill on site, with numerous other restaurants in the vicinity or the myriad of choice on Marco Island or elegant, downtown Naples.
Fiddlers Creek is a wonderful place to view birds and wildlife. The development is surrounded by an enormous nature preserve and there are miles of safe, flat sidewalks for walking, cycling or jogging.
The accommodation is very spacious and luxuriously furnished comprising a total of over 3000 sq ft with the living areas largely open plan incorporating a kitchen, dining area, lounge, family room and den/study. The lounge and family room open onto the terrace with beautiful views over a lake and golf course, and you can sit and watch birds of prey, herons and other large wading birds as well as the odd alligator swimming in the lake. There are large cable TVs in the family room, master bedroom and second bedroom, together with a DVD player and music centre.
There are three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping six in comfort, especially on our ‘super-comfort’ mattresses. The Master has a particularly large bathroom, two walk-in wardrobes and sliding doors onto the terrace, again with beautiful views. Bedroom 2 has two queen-size beds, bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, whilst Bedroom 3 has a four-poster bed and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and there is a separate large utility room and double garage.
You are welcome to make use of our three bicycles (one child’s), various beach and sporting equipment, games and DVDs. There is high quality bed linen, towels and beach towels and all the bathrooms have hairdryers.
