Coutryside Gated Golf community is a well known and well established community which has the added advantage of being in a prime location close less than 10 minutes drive into Old Naples and the beach. Our 2nd floor ( 1st Floor to Uk guests) condo has wonderful sunny views over the 1st fairway, lake and green from a larger than normal screened balcony. There is a garage for one car but also a second spot for guest parking. The home is also very close to the pool and hot tub area which can only be used by guests and owners in the Veranda 2 homes, so never gets crowded and for the energetic there are water aerobics 3 times a week.
The condo itself has 2 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one is en-suite - there is also a sofa bed. There is a large vaulted lounge with multi channel TV and telephone, and open plan fully fitted kitchen diner, large dining table, utility room and 2 lianas. I must tell you that these photos do not do this wonderful home justice. Be assured this is a first class home, fully equipped, in a mature peaceful location with super views.
Membership to Golf & Country Club can be transferred to the guest for a fee, this is well worth it, if only to play the superb championship golf course The Club house is nearby with a pool, tennis courts and fitness centre, there are many activies that you can join in with. In the restaurant ,which is casual dining, guest artists appear on various nights. The bar is also a favourite meeting place if you want to make new friends A computer room with free wi-fi is also available in the Club house.

Small dogs are allowed on the gated community of Country side which has entrances on both Radio Road and Davis Road.
