Accommodation

This single family home is beautifully furnished and decorated with plants. It is fully air conditioned and has a beautiful open and airy feel to it, and there are ceiling fans and TV’s in every living room:

The Living area has a vaulted ceiling and has 2 sofas (one of which makes into a double bed), 1 arm chair, 3 coffee tables, Cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player. The large private lanai is furnished with a table and comfortable chairs to seat 4/6, two reclining arm chairs and foot stools and side table/reading light stand.

The Dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6. There is also a small dresser in the entrance area for table dressings.

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed, mirrored door walk in closet, bed side cabinets, large dresser with drawers and TV and clock alarm radio. The en-suite master bath has a 2 bowl mirrored dressing vanity unit, soaking tub, separate shower & private toilet and laundry closet.

The Guest Bedroom featyres2 single beds, large mirrored door wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large drawered dresser, telephone and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub shower, single bowl vanity unit and toilet.

The Kitchen has a small table and chairs, ample range of white cabinets for storage and counter space for food preparation. Built in appliances include microwave, stove, double sink/drainer and dishwasher. The large fridge/ freezer has ice making facilities. All cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, Tupperware, pots and pans, baking dishes and tea towels are provided as are a kettle, coffee maker and toaster/broiler.

The  2 Car Garage contains a spare fridge/freezer, 2 bikes, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and children’s car seat and beach/water toys for the ultimate vacation.
