Our Villa is a lovely luxury villa set in the small gated community of Masters Reserve situated within Lely Resort Golf and Country Club. The villa has 3 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apart from the high specifications of the property it benefits from being in a very quiet position on a secluded section of the community and enjoys southwest views from the heated pool and lanai.
Furnished to a very high standard with a beautiful pool overlooking the Mustang Golf course, it is the perfect setting to watch the Florida sunsets while enjoying a cold beer or your favorite cocktail. The villa is South West facing and the lounge, dining area and master bedroom all have direct access to the large 28 x 14 heated pool with extensive covered lanai perfect for outdoor eating and entertaining family and friends.
Lely has three superb Golf courses, two of which are public courses served by the newly designed Flamingo Clubhouse which is in walking distance of the villa. Here there is also a Restaurant and Bar and Golf Range as well as a Pro shop and Golf tuition if required. Lely also has many lovely walks with good sidewalks and street lighting. There is also a good supermarket, restaurant and other useful shops within the Lely Estate.
This gated community is just minutes from beautiful beaches, Fifth Avenue shops, Naples Pier, Marco Island, World Class Golf Courses, and numerous fine dining establishments.
